At Comedy Barks, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Please note: Customized or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged upon arrival.


2. How to Start a Return

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective, or

  • We shipped the wrong product.


3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email photos and details to [your email address] within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Customized apparel
